Well, hey there guys! This year I was fortunate enough to get into the Hound Ears Comp, the first comp of the Triple Crown. I didn't have a ticket this year but showed up anyway and got in via waitlist. It was great seeing old friend and of course meeting a bunch of awesome new people! Despite the amazing social scene of the comp, the boulders were not quite as friendly. Moisture is a boulder comp's worst enemy. It rained the day before the comp but with tons of hard work from volunteers and judges the boulders were climbable (for some). However, for some reason I wanted to climb more this year than take photos. I was psyched to take photos of Paul on a V11 that he put up at last year's comp.
Ok, I really gotta get to studying...two exams Tuesday!
Jimmy Webb, sending Brady Problem V9.

Matt, crushing this cool problem to the right of the infamous Morphine, V14.

Paul Robinson on his problem, V11 (can't remember the name and I lost guidebook).

Well, see ya later.
