A Christmas in Kansas (and a blizzard)

Hey guys!
Here are some photos from my trip out to Kansas for Winter break. My girlfriend and I took a pretty burly roadtrip to see her family and stay at her grandparents' farm in northern KS. It was awesome! So here are some photos of the local "wildlife."

I hit a bird on the way to Grandma's house at 110. Brains and stuff in engine housing and windshield.


The Blue Jays have figured out that cat food is easy pickin's. These little snipers are poised to snatch some grub.


There is a hierarchy at the bird feeder. Apparently, Cardinals are lower down than the Jays.

Jade feeding Miss Kay, a bucket calf who is very sweet. Someone just as sweet is Sydney who's job is to "clean up" Miss Kay after she's had her formula.
